The Magic Ray - Remix EP

Jennifer Cardini and Noura Labbani have recruited another brace of sonic conjurers for the latest remix instalment of last year’s debut album from the Magic Ray… And they transfigure the track into new and exciting forms before your very ears.

A singular psychedelic blues bomb, ‘The Enjoyment Of Fear’ is entrusted to Madrid’s Javi Redondo, who whips up a toxic acid brew where rich layers of guitars weave in and out of focus with cosmic momentum while Damon Jee goes for an all out mind altering trip as a chugging dubby technoid groove becomes more and more urgent with every soaring stratum.

Also, due to an unforeseen sound issue, we’ve taken both the Simple Symmetry & Khidja remixes from our previous mix package back into the studio for a swift re-rub and we’re very happy to include both here for our DJ friends.
